A series of twelve paintings all painted together over a couple of days, all twelve painted on cardboard CD envelopes and each one with a CD inside. The paintings are acrylic brush work, acrylic spray paint and matt varnish on a cardboard envelope, 12.5cm x 12.5cm . The CDs are all from the ORG-AN-ISED SINGLES SERIES that ran for a number of years when I ran a very indie pendant record label called ORG (and offshoot of Organ, the music and art zine that started off as a hand-made -hand-painted thing way way back in the mid 80's and still exists today as an on-line publication. Each painting is numbered and signed on the back, there's a CD and the original cover (also Sean Worrall artwork) inside the the cardboard envelope. This is about the art, the painting, I'll list the CD and tell you who's on there, but this isn't really about the music on the CDs, that's all past history now, the CDs that were left over from the ORG Days, the releases were originally monthly, limited to 1000, most sold out, some changed hands for silly money, all of them were good, some of them were brilliant even if I do say so myself.
